Currently I am studying full time at the School of Toronto Dance Theatre. I study different modern dance techniques and theory subjects which are related to dance. Recently our class had the chance to work with the famous dancer and choreographer from Canada, Julia Sasso. She created a dance piece in which we (1st year students) started from improvisation, then formed some of those movements into solos, shared our movements with each other and created duets, trios and group interactions. Finally these dance parts were developed into a complete number, which was connected to the theme of Déjà vu. In my point of view this dance piece is the result of great understanding between a choreographer and dancers, where each member brings themselves into creation. 20.12.2011

Recently I was accepted into the School of Toronto Dance Theatre where I'm planning to study in the beginning of September, 2011. For a long time I was looking for a professional environment where I can grow as a dancer, and I found it here.
Why do I want to attend this school? My answer is:
The School of Toronto Dance Theatre will provide me an intense daily schedule of dance, and will give me a great opportunity to develop myself as a dancer by working with highly regarded teachers. The school will give me intensive training in the Martha Graham technique that will be valuable for my future work.
I would be honored to study dance in Canada!
I'm waiting for my first day of classes))
